I am now in the early stages of research into the HECS system. This paper is to be entitled "HECS in review" and is designed to be a go to guide for students and LSS's alike to help provide a comprehensive understanding in light of the recent HECS changes, and in consideration of the issues facing JD students and PLT students. This paper will be a great supplement to the most recent ALSA media release that briefly outlined the changes to the HECS system this year.
